Colin & Sally were very surprised and pleased
to have been given this peace award in 2009

'Before we got this award we didn't know if we were making a difference out there in trying to make a change' (Colin & Sally Knox)

'This award makes us feel that we are helping in trying to make a difference on the streets - It gives us the strength to carry on' (Colin & Sally Knox)

We were given this award in recognition of our efforts in trying to make a difference.
We recognise that there are many, many other people out there doing the same thing.
So we, Colin & Sally, would also like to thank all those unsung people out there who are
trying to make our streets safer, but never get a mention for their commitment.
We accept this award on your behalf too.
